• Co-Founded this marketing agency in 1999 which fused experiential marketing with word of mouth. Grew it for 16 years before selling it in August 2015 to Acosta Mosaic Group.Clients included: Coca-Cola, Sabra, T-Mobile.
• Developed the company to 50 employees and managed the operations for the business -- all talent, event production, and measurement skills that placed us among industry leaders
• Built unique point of difference was ensuring our ideas were structured to be programs as opposed to short-term tactics. We used the initial brand engagement experience as a program launch to escalate brand / consumer.

• Brought into Esgra Holdings which owned and managed Apparel & Accessories companies to:
• Identify acquisition opportunities, do the necessary evaluation/analysis, integrate into the holding company, and find the economies of scale by utilizing Esgra's infrastructure to source product, ship, bill and operate.
• Stepped in as COO to one of the most successful acquisitions was 'Zeke -n-Zoe' a domestic children's wear brand that had the talent but needed the infrastructure to help bring it to life.

• Founded this U.S.-based girl's sportswear apparel manufacturing and distribution business as a joint venture with a partner in Mainland China after identifying a niche for sophisticated junior looks applied to girls’.
• Headed up the NY office which was in charge of product development, sales, marketing, shipping, and accounting.
• The Chinese JV partner was in charge of manufacturing and quality control. This venture generated millions in profit. The assets of this venture were rolled into the holding company Esgra Holdings which I joined in 1996.

• Responsible for bringing in new clients to Twin Togs, a 40 year old, family-operated children's apparel manufacturer.
• In the first year, exceeded company's expectations bringing in 500K in new business.
• By end of the second year, realized that further growth could only be driven by refreshing the product.
• Identified the opportunities to expand the customer reach globally and spearheaded a re-branding and licensing push with completely new products.
• Traveled abroad to develop new products and then sold them across Eastern Europe and Russia generating millions in new revenue.I am extremely grateful for this first hands-on experience. It opened my mind to how.
