I love software development. I love problem-solving, creating new things, finding solutions for problems, technology and the people. My long term goals in life are to change our industry to be people-orientated over profit-orientated and to open a brewery that helps build up local communities.Taking risks and enabling opportunities for change, and learning from failures is crucial to me. Fairness and transparency are vital for growth, even if they are not appreciated by many at times. I also believe that we are all equal in our attempts to do our job and that given the right help, we could all enjoy what we do - and add so much more value!I have learned that behaviours are crucial! Behaviour can change everything and can help people to work together for the same goal. And because of this, I will always try to promote behaviour driven approaches with teams, departments and even organisations.
