I have experience in the field of Public Relations, especially during my two-month tenure at the Banten Regional Police from October to November 2022. There, I was responsible for organizing and implementing news releases to enhance the police profile.I also ensured the quality and accuracy of information by actively participating in the editing of news releases by local police precincts. Additionally, I have experience in social media management and press conference documentation. Prior to this, I worked at Konnichiwa Group Crew Store for six months from October 2021 to March 2022.During my time there, I ensured customer satisfaction through annual surveys and improved resolution of customer requests. I also successfully maintained product quality, addressed customer issues with a high resolution rate, and improved stock efficiency.My education includes a bachelor's degree in Public Relations Communication from Universitas Serang Raya, which I recently completed in September 2023.
