Designing an educational video for online registration for puskesmas queues through the JKN mobile application and conducting live demonstrations, leaflets, posters, public service announcements, and educational videos 3 times a week related to health and the introduction of puskesmas innovation programs4. Creating a health media innovation "Sari Tumis: Sumbersari in Mystery Card" which is effective in increasing patient satisfaction by 57%.
