CurrentManage reservations, process check-ins/check-outs, and handle payment transactions.• Managed Front Desk and the Bar when worked alone.• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction.• Utilize Hilton's reservation and management (OnQ Property Management) software for efficient guest information management.• Collaborate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar, Kitchen and departments for smooth hotel operations.• Supports managers with business documentation and professional demeanour at all times.• Efficiently processes updated client information and payments into database.• Respond and action business e-mails and calls.• Do daily reports and book keeping.• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).• Assists managers in doing many tasks.• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.• Worked in busy environments when hotel was busy and with many group bookings.
