I am a social sector professional working to drive impactful initiatives related to key thematic areas of employment and education. I have worked with Organizations like Tech Mahindra Foundation, National Skill Development Corporation, Pratham Education Foundation, and Samhita. My career started with Pratham Education Foundation, where I led the Media and Communications department of the Vocational Skilling arm. My role involved establishing a media production and advocacy team, which focused on engaging in public discourse surrounding skilling and livelihoods. With a focus on digital campaigns, I spearheaded pan-India communication and digital advocacy initiatives addressing gender, migration, and skilling. Through these campaigns, we aimed to raise awareness, drive conversations, and influence policy changes. To achieve these goals, I created various media advocacy products, including Think Labor, a newsletter that provides comprehensive policy updates in the skilling ecosystem. Furthermore, I produced advocacy films to promote awareness about different cause areas related to skilling. Additionally, my involvement extended beyond media advocacy at Pratham. I actively contributed to research interventions and played a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating education and skilling programs. At the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), I closely worked with Central Ministries, Training Partners, and Sector Skill Councils. In this role, I oversaw and executed projects to promote regional, national, and international initiatives.I am excited to carry on with my journey in the development sector and explore new challenges!
