Role: Design Engineer-(Reporting toSr. Design Engineer )• Working on backhoe-loader, dozer-bachoe , loader, fork lift etc. attachment on different tractor.• Worked on loader tower of chassis structure to shootout loader tower and loader arm pin jamming issue.• Worked on chassis structure to provide co-axial carriage clamping arrangement for proper carriage clamping and shifting, hydraulic circuit Design, hydraulic part selection • Prepare the m/c proto for field testing co-ordinate for m/c performance .• Worked with alternate control valve of loader control valve &backhoe control valve for cost reduction and to improve m/c performance and co-ordinate with supplier for control feedback.• Worked on machine weight reduction for cost saving .• Worked on load sensing hydraulic control valve to reduce hydraulic oil and fuel consumption .• Conduct the fuel consumption trial for to optimized fuel saving .• Worked on new hydraulic circuit with tank mounted filter to reduce hydraulic oil consumption .• Key responsibility modeling, detailing, assembly, concept-layout, material selection for component .• Make ECN/ECA, release ECN/ECA drawing• Adding new enhancement in product for batter lock and m/c quality improvement .• Shoot out the problem during vehicle assembly and trial .• Working on Auto cad, solid works ,solid edge
