My problem-solving journey began 15 years ago when my family immigrated to Canada, embarking on a new chapter filled with both challenges and opportunities. Despite starting with little, my parents' determination and hard work paved the way for my sister and me to have a fulfilling life.Although time with my family was scarce, I cherish the memories of those precious evenings spent with my mom and uncle solving math problems. These moments ignited a passion for problem-solving that would shape my academic journey.Throughout my studies, I discovered a love for video games, which proved to be more than entertainment. By engaging in puzzling and strategic games, I developed vital skills in critical thinking, strategic planning, and analyzing complex systems. These cognitive abilities, such as pattern recognition and logical reasoning, proved invaluable in my pursuit of a computer science degree.Having recently graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Computer Science, I am proud to have undertaken three enriching internships. Each opportunity expanded my technical expertise, allowing me to delve into various programming languages, databases, and the creation of user-friendly interfaces. Collaborating with diverse teams, I learned the importance of collective effort in achieving ambitious goals.Now, I am eager to apply my acquired knowledge and further refine my skills in a software development role. My ideal environment would be one where I can collaborate with a team committed to empowering others to achieve their dreams.As I navigate the job search process, I am simultaneously engaged in a personal project and dedicated to deepening my understanding of computer science fundamentals.
