After approval. • Engaging right machine with a competent person at right place and time.• Zero base critical machining Tooling, Jig development & support for Jig/Fixtures to reduce the machining cycle time for better quality product and with less cost.• Development of sheet metal & heavy fabricated, machining assembly for earth moving, material handling and Indian railway equipment’s and machineries.• Ability to lead the cross functional team & drive problem resolution of line irritants related to process & product assembly, suppliers & design.• Develop & Establish Product traceability & Material traceability as per customer requirement.• Handling Master list of drawing (Around 1000 Plus drawing). • Create development timing plan and manage each activity to launch programs successfully• Responsible for all types of procedures, standards and documents for executing and Implementation of Company Certifications.
