• VISUAL MERCHANDISING Ensure standards of Visual Merchandising as per VM Manual. Liaison with design agency, Merchandising & Purchase Team for developing in store merchandising systems including in-store communication, category signages. Conceptualization for seasonal & other promotional launches. Frequent visit to stores to monitor Visual Merchandising standards Ownership & delivery of all aspects of VM collaterals in all the stores. Ensure proper vendor management skills. Coordination with VM team on VM Manuals, Store Layout. Provide timely & complete follow through all areas of VM at stores. Conduct Competitive surveys & understand latest trends in VM. Interacting well at all levels in the Business and build strong working relationships.Maintaining VM inventory.• NEW STORE OPENINGS Coordination with VM, Operations & Projects team on VM Manuals implementation and other Store Requirements. Visiting the new upcoming sites in your respective region & to collect all the required details in terms of provision &sizes Coordination of all VM Materials for new stores. Monitoring the Execution of the VM materials for new store.
