As a Tech Lead, my responsibility is to drive SCO (Source Capture Solution) software development and maintain all aspects of the overall software development lifecycle and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases. I do manage the day-to-day activities of the development team(s) and ensure the coordination of individual team deliverables is synchronized as necessary to achieve product releases. Manage timelines and resources (internal and external) within the Fiserv software development lifecycle. I do provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team. Always try to Implement a systems based on well defined SLAs. Build the trust among team member and help them to meet their commitments with quality deliverable.

I worked as a senior developer. I worked on IT Factory portal solution as a developer. Portal solution is based on SaaS (Software as a Service) model. It is deployed in WebSphere Portal Framework to facilitate SOA to enable data access from varied Enterprise Information Systems (EIS). ITF Portal Solution DB2 is the RDBMS release of the integrate CRM, HRM and ERP analytics information that can be combined with functions and data from other systems and presented in a single, personalized interface

I developed the IVR Application for Kingfishers Airlines along with team member. This Application is about IVR implementation in Mumbai space centre for client Kingfisher Airline. Due to fog and other reasons, there are planned decisions and unplanned decision the SABRE database is updated. First we need to Check the SABRE databases, whether flight is reschedule or cancelled. If something changes in flight scheduled plan, we need to incorporate with SABRE and generate proper IVR message (wav file).This information will operate by phonon, third party tool for calling the Kingfisher airline guest.Along with this i worked on SMS application for Kingfishers application. This Application is related to send SMS to the all passenger of the scheduled flight or customized Message to specific passenger. The passenger list will be sent by the SABRE people and we need to develop logic to get SABRE information and split it and store in MySql Server and send SMS using third party WebService. And at last according to acknowledgement update the database.
