Key Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Implementation•Ensure clients' sustainability requirements are incorporated from the project's early stages, conduct gap assessments, and cost-benefit analysis, and continuously monitor their implementation throughout various stages.Stakeholder Engagement and Workshops:•Oversee and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure the attainment of targeted sustainability certification levels.•Provide guidance and training to internal team members on project execution and certification procedures.Documentation and Compliance:•Develop comprehensive reports for various stages of design (Feasibility/Concept, Schematic, Detailed) for sustainability rating systems including LEED, MOSTADAM, Parksmart, WELL, Envision.•Develop plans related to sustainability standards, including Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan (ESCP), Construction Waste Management Plan (CWMP), and Indoor Air Quality Management Plan (IAQMP).Liaison and Coordination:•Liaise with rating councils like GBCI, LEED forums, USGBC TAGs, and other relevant governing bodies. Supply chain management:•Assist procurement personnel in sourcing materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with sustainability objectives and customer requirements.•Review and approve material submittals for compliance as per the specifications and Owner project requirements.Auditing and Overseeing:•Conduct weekly, fortnight and monthly audits during the construction stage in reference to ISO 140001•Oversee, review, and present the sustainability monthly reports to the clients.
