It resulted in decrease of manual work by operations team and made the system more robust.2. It allows user to manage their devices from the web platform itself and also allow real time monitoring in the form of dashboards. Together with that it also has other Personnel Management, Asset Management, SLA Management, Vendor Management, License Management and Service Desk modules.
