As a multiskilling professional with experience in Manual Testing, I have developed a wide range of skills in software testing, and quality assurance. With over 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing, I have been a part of several software projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.Working at Eservecloud Solution Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, I have honed my skills in Manual. I have completed training in Manual Testing, giving me the knowledge and experience to efficiently execute test plans, write test cases, and perform functional testing, regression testing, and black box testing. I have also gained expertise in JIRA, a bug-tracking tool that helps me keep track of the testing process.In terms of soft skills, I have excellent communication skills, which allow me to interact with clients and understand their business applications, data flow, and data relations. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. I have experience working in Agile environments, where I focused on sprint deliveries and collaborated with development teams to build a deep understanding of features and architecture prior to testing.My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Application from IGNOU Patna, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from the same institution. In my current position, I have been responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, writing test cases, and executing them. I have drafted test reports and collaborated with the development team to build a deep understanding of features and architecture prior to testing. I have experience in manual and have worked on projects such as Eservecloud Tools, Guntraderzs, and Eservecloud NG.
