Dheeraj leads the FCB Group in India comprising of its four brands - FCB Ulka, FCB Interface, FCB India and FCB Kinnect. He is the author of two bestsellers on the Indian consumer market - India Reloaded, published by Westland in India and Palgrave, internationally. And Consumer India, which, published by John Wiley & Sons, is a recommended read at Wharton Business School’s course on emerging markets. Dheeraj hosts a podcast, Speakeasy with Dheeraj Sinha, now in its fourth season, where he discusses leadership, start-ups and brands in the new age. Dheeraj has played a role in building several brands in India, including Spotify, Amazon, PhonePe, Sensodyne, Airtel, Oreo and PepsiCo brands. He has spoken at the Cannes Lions Festival of Advertising, The Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity, the Next 4 Billion Conference, Denmark, Harvard India Conference, Boston and the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Festival. Leo Burnett was India’s No.1 and Asia’s No.2 agency at Cannes Lions 2023. Leo Burnett was also named Creative Agency of the Year at the One-Show Abby awards at GoaFest twice in a row over 2022 and 2023. It was No.1 agency in India and No.2 in Asia Pacific at APAC Effies 2023. During his tenure, Leo Burnett featured in Fast Company’s list of Top 20 World Changing Ideas, twice in a row. Dheeraj along with his teams has won a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions along with several Golds, also Grand Effies at Effies. Dheeraj has won the Jay Chiat Planning Award, the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Award and the Yahoo Big Idea Chair. He is a three times winner of the Atticus Awards (WPP’s award for best published thinking). Dheeraj has been on AdAge’s (India) list of Ad People of the Year. He was amongst the top 40 advertising and marketing professionals in Asia Pacific in Campaign Asia’s top 40 under 40 list.Previously, Dheeraj has led strategy for Grey (WPP) in South & Southeast Asia and Bates (WPP) in Asia Pacific across its 14 offices for over six years.
