Digital DirectorUpvote Jun 2015 - Nov 2015My primary role as Digital Director was managing online engagement and outreach, but I also supported on-the-ground outreach, volunteer recruitment, phone banks and worked closely with our creative team. Over the course of a few months, through tested and targeted outreach, we registered 1,000 individuals online (out of 6,000 total registered) with digital ad spend of $400. I helped lead a rebrand that improved monthly conversion rate from less than 10 registrations per month in August to 234 in September and 760 in October. This coincided with driving partnerships with diverse organizations across the Bay, from homeless service organizations to technology & consumer companies. I also managed our activities as part of National Voter Registration Day on September 22nd, including editing materials, driving visibility, volunteer deployment and social engagement. As a senior organizer, I trained organizers on field, strategy, volunteer management, leadership & social tools.
