Continually work to strengthen my team and those around me.A few of my recent accomplishments:- When we had a short 6 month window for a complete physical system refresh, I took on the role of facilitator, working with teams from Windows, Linux, Network, Storage, and Security to find a way to complete the project while still maintaining the normal work flow.- Managed a storage array update between our storage team and our sub-contractor, which we managed to do without downtime to the client. Planned 3 month project completed in 2 months.- Took over Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting, ensuring that we met contract obligations to the client.- Managed the migration off of a 3rd party software to an internal solution, saving the project $1.3 million dollars.In my main capacity manager role I had the responsibility and privilege of having in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the data centers. Each week I worked with our Windows, Linux, AIX, Network, Storage and Mainframe teams to identify and prevent any potential bottlenecks or incidents. I also had presented our findings to our clients along with recommendations to keep their systems running at optimum performance.I enjoy the opportunity I have to work with System Administrators, Architects, Service Delivery Manager, and Account Executives.
