I'm the founder and CEO of Blue Coding, a firm that strives to connect the best talent in Latin America with amazing companies in the US and Canada. Born in Venezuela and spending many years in the Dominican Republic while working for US companies, I have cultivated excellent relationships within Latin America and gained a deep understanding of US work culture and software engineering needs, creating the foundations for what Blue Coding is today. For the past 10 years we have built nearshore teams with hundreds of software engineers, project managers, designers and other professionals. As a Bahá'í, my commitment to service and unity informs every step of my journey, and inspired me to start the Radiant Hearts Foundation, an organization that provides grants to small grassroots non-profits creating long term positive impact in communities across Central and South America in the fields of education, healthcare, poverty alleviation and access to work, human rights and animal welfare. Our foundation is funded by Blue Coding and the work is carried out by dedicated volunteers committed to the causes we support. With a deep passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and philanthropy, I’ve built a career on solving complex challenges and empowering others to succeed. Along the way, I've nurtured a variety of interests including motorcycling, jiujitsu and nurtured creativity through photography.
