My real estate journey began in 1971 as a young adult desiring to purchase my first home. I soon realized that the real estate market was complicated and confusing. I decided to take a few real estate courses at the local college to understand what I was getting into. I liked what I was learning and decided to obtain a license. To this day I still remember the anxiety that making that first purchase caused. I have since dedicated myself to alleviating that feeling for my clients, whatever their level of experience with real estate transactions. I have been serving the community since 1972. The experience that I have acquired over the years is vast and comprehensive. I have handled numerous real estate transactions in both the residential and commercial sectors. I have held positions ranging from account executive with a title insurance company to CEO of a Mortgage company. These varied experiences have afforded me the ability to anticipate potential hurdles in the transaction and avoid them or use these experiences to solve them. I believe that the customer is always right and deserves the highest level of service. I hold the designation of RCS-D (Real Estate Collabrative Specialist - Divorce) and CDPE (Certified Depressed Property Expert) My decision to augment the lending business witht real estate sales was careful and well thought out. Having worked with most of the lending companies throughout the US and California as a mortgage broker, I have gained the knowledge and insight necessary to assist my clients through the Loan Modification, short sale and forclosure process.
