I have enjoyed many roles during my tenure developing online experiences but regardless of the role my focus, ultimately, is on providing the highest quality content possible in an interface optimized for usability and delight. At the end of the day, someone will be consuming what I create and the more they appreciate it the more they win, the business wins, and I win.Publishing content requires solid technology, efficient systems, good planning, and effective communication. As I work across all of these areas I am quick to identify gaps in the flow, ensure they are filled, and facilitate the communication between all key players.Whether developing a single feature or driving a company-wide effort, I take the ownership of everything I sign up for very seriously. I identify and track requirements, ensure all stakeholders are in agreement, communicate status and any changes in plan, and follow through until delivered and proven successful. Multiple people have used the word “integrity” when describing me and to me that is a badge of honor.
