I manage the design team and actively contribute as a producer in both design and frontend development at Adpearance. In this dual capacity, I play a pivotal role in steering the trajectory of our website technologies while also directly participating in project execution. My efforts are directed towards developing and enhancing processes geared towards sustainable and scalable solutions. It's an ever-evolving role that continuously engages me in fostering innovation and efficiency within our team and throughout our broader scope of work.

I collaborate with the creative, planning and sales team to understand the client objectives, target market and desired aesthetic. I also own all aspects of the design from UI/UX to high fidelity mocks (PSDs) to the actual front end development of all pages including interactions, animations and desired responsive transitions.

Reclaim Design is the company I created when I first started freelancing. Within that time I had the pleasure of working with over 50 different companies in various capacities, specializing in web design, front end development, print design and brand development.

While at CSNW, I was tasked with maintaining their current websites, which included four subsidiary companies and a corporate website (PowerMax, The Mac Store, Bodelin Technologies, and Iris Pro Services.). I also was in charge of collaborating with the marketing department on the redesign of PowerMax, Bodelin Technologies and the corporate site. I handled not only the design, but the front end development. The goals of these redesigns were to increase conversions by creating a more intuitive user experience, in addition to providing an aesthetic that was emblematic of the company culture. During my time at CSNW I also designed and helped with the front end development of the ERP software platform that served as the backbone for the company.

I helped design and build over 10 websites, as well as project manage the entire process coordinating between the client and programmers. I also ran several successful Adwords Campaigns for multiple different clients. ** Same owners as SaveOnResorts.com

While at SaveOnResorts.com I spent most of my time helping design the main website, as well as associated websites and all marketing materials. I also was very active with the web marketing. I assisted in hiring and managing a marketing department of three members and concurrently overseeing costs in thirty destinations. I also helped run meetings daily, weekly and monthly to ensure costs were acceptable, as well as strategize current/new search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.In addition to this I developed and graphically designed a training manual which directly reduced our turnover rate within the call center.
