My current job involves writing for the internal knowledge base and the T-Mobile website, both news articles, instructions, scripts, decision trees and other knowledge articles for customer facing colleagues (agents, shop staff, telesales agents etc) and the online FAQs for customers. Our team is involved in and responsible for other outgoing service communication, in both standard worded templates as ad hoc forms like sms or web text. Currently we are also responsible for the Tele2 and T-Mobile Thuis knowledge base and service communications.

In 2006 I made a move to sales. This job fitted better to my studies because I was responsible for writing, editing, formatting and sending email newsletters to our Indirect Sales Partners, the so-called dealers of T-Mobile. Other communications involved a bi-monthly print magazine and our dealerportal called Dealersite. This added online content management to my experience belt. Again, I was responsible for using and guarding the T-Mobile house style for our own department and for other sales channels.
