• Full P&L and general management responsibility for Global Partner Solutions (GPS), a high-growth B2B2C business within Expedia Group focused on enterprise private label and co-brand partnerships, travel agency booking software distribution, Expedia’s co-branded credit card, and 3rd party pay-with-points checkout partnerships on Expedia.com.• Built out and led all business development, account management, technology, product, operations, program management, customer success, finance, and strategic planning functions.• Promoted to SVP after leading team through significant change management, including Expedia’s acquisition of the OPN division of Orbitz, replatforming technology stack and migrating legacy customers, formation of new P&L, buildout of new call centers, reorganization of other groups under GPS, significant reduction of time and effort to onboard new customers, introduction of dynamic commission pricing, and the successful signing, solution development, and launches of some of the largest and most strategic distribution partnerships in the travel industry.
