Work as Administrative Marketing Support• Responsible for handling TAC Memo (Total Amount Cost), submission of Marketing Workflow (WF) and matters related to the administration of marketing division for West Java region.• Provide daily recap results to the branch, preparing monthly recap for submission of TAC Memo be it scanning and filing document.• Helps solve problems in each submission with branches or with other departments.• Provide training and learning about Marketing Workflow submissions to the needy regions.• Since using the new flow the assigned task is to handle all the TAC submissions in question (all national regions), to help provide solutions and follow-up to the branches concerned.• And check the recaps of any submissions of WF branches that will be submitted to finance in the form of original hardcopy.
