Reviewed human resource issues, grievances, employee attendance and performance issues. • Improved overall production by 5% over prior year and achieved die set ready to run schedule of 84% versus average plant performance of 75%.• Reduced total costs by 7% by eliminating production of overruns

Primary focus was planning and implementing manufacturing process change over to support new vehicle launches. Managed 4 direct reports. • Launched plant’s first line using new method of assembling sheet metal parts called “induction curing.”
