Working along side the Winemaker throughout the harvest and production of wine and fruit. Responsibilities include: vineyard sampling, crushpad operation, fermentation monitoring and management, forklift operation, lab analysis, press operation, barrel work, racking, bottling and cleaning and sanitation of the winery and equipment.

•Completed a Senior Thesis on the history of the Ohio wine industry and the changes it underwent throughout the Nineteenth century.•Gain a working understanding of Wine Making and Viticulture in countries such as France, Germany, and the United States of America•Provide evidence for the changes of industry and human experience; economically, culturally, and scientifically
