Directed a team of delivery managers, reviewing all web hosting deals and related documents for accuracy, quality, and risk mitigation. Developed and implemented documentation processes to effectively manage technical delivery assurance reviews resulting in an increased signing rate increases in deal quality and process efficiencies.

Architected the structure and oversaw operations for the IBM Central Region as the delivery engagement manager handling all IBM web hosting clients and solutions. Responsibilities included collecting client requirements, authoring technical solutions documents and costs cases for all web hosting contracts. Assembled project teams including sales teams and technical solution architects to structure and manage region operations and deliver client-tailored solutions that exceeded sales expectations and improved operational efficiencies.

Directed daily operations, client engagement, and special projects managing a client team of 17 employees at Monsanto and working directly with the IBM project office to expand the original scope of work and coordinate the delivery of client needs. Provided innovative client solutions that added additional services on the contract including developing labor estimates, authoring SOWs, and documenting labor activities to provide accurate reporting to IBM management.
