• Converting an RLS Application to CAP Manual Applications due to RLS Limitations or if an application falls under CAP conversion criteria.• Handling Data entry mailbox and allocating applications to designated CAP officers.• Handling Escalation mailbox and escalating applications due to bank errors.• Classifying Applications and allocating apps to specified CAD Bucket.• Charging Lock Rate Fees for Fixed rate home loan applications and applying the Rate lock fees as per the application submission date.• Looking into general queries and escalations from Brokers / Mobile Lender's / Business Development Managers / State / Area Manager's.• Call Back Report generated and sent to staffs to track number of calls received and reminding them to complete those calls within 2 Hrs from the received time.

• Conducting pre checking all the home loan application form and Relevant documents pertaining the customer's that is submitted by the Broker or the Mobile lenders.• Able to identify the loan amount and classify the CAD bucket and move the file to Assessments accordingly.• Conducted QC on Files Assessed by Staffs by preparing a report after QC is done.• Worked on Escalations and files that should be Re-assessed to assessment which have been withheld by previous pre-assessment officer.• Help the Credit assessment officer by providing the advised documents by the broker.• Helped the Broker's and Mobile Lender's by assisting the Insufficient documents by making calls and providing further information on how they can proceed further to submit the right documents on the banks portal.
