With over 18 years of IT experience including 7+ years in the US, I am a passionate and visionary professional in the field of application performance management (APM - Dynatrace). I have a master's degree in computer science and a certification in communicating in the language of leadership. Currently, I work as an architect at Wipro, where I provide technical leadership across APM practices in the enterprise.My core competencies include designing, configuring, implementing, and managing the APM suite of tools to support overall performance management efforts, proactively and reactively identifying and troubleshooting any performance bottlenecks using the implemented APM solutions, and utilizing the end-to-end understanding of the various business process flow to formulate and define system APM scope and objectives for performance improvements. I have extensive knowledge of the ITIL and ITSM framework and I excel at collaborating across departments, controlling risk, and optimizing resources in the multi-location environment. I have also played a key role in effective planning and APM implementation, which resulted in lowering the MTTI (Mean Time to Identify) up to 5000% by pinpointing the exact issue within few minutes, thereby increasing the system availability and reducing the needed man hours.
