After the COVID-19 lockdown, I switched to a media intensive role focused on community engagement. The main product of this was 'Box Talks' - a podcast/video series which aimed to offer newer perspectives around outdoor/climbing storytelling by platforming local voices alongside global ones and having conversations from an Indian standpoint (still a rarity in Outdoor media).

My work was to be available for customers of all levels as a coach. I would guide them in their technique, session structure, and overall approach to improvement, physically and mentally. Further, I designed a comprehensive youth program to offer focused training for children intending to pursue climbing seriously-competitively or otherwise.

"If your brand was a playlist, what would it contain?" I was recruited as a music specialist to explore and answer that question for various brands, institutions and spaces. I created music & audio identities for hospitals, hotel groups, IT companies, apparel brands and more.

Trained a young content team in music programming. As a result, we were able to start putting out a more cohesive, uniform sound to Radiowalla offerings which resulted in client retention, positive feedback and new deals. I designed the sound for many Spot Radio (music-for-business) clients - Fastrack, Lifestyle, Puma and Nike among others. In charge of creatively supervising and fine tuning the content team's work - voice over scripts, VO direction, music database curation, station programming, client pitches and overall creative output.

As part of India's first audio-content startup, my role was to explore possibilities for audio content BEYOND traditional radio.Developed and managed the BAR (Branded Audio Retail) project for UBDeveloped audio propositions of value to retail brands, corporates, public and recreational spaces

Produced and hosted 'The Shack', the evening show for Spin, Channel #44 on WorldSpaceHosted 'The India Top 40', a weekend countdown showWorked on music design, handled daily music programming and developed non-music programming content for the station

I was hired as music manager to give the station a more streamlined sound. My role involved deepening and fine-tuning the categorization and coding of an enormous database, in addition to handling daily music programming. As on-air talent, I produced and hosted a weekday show "The Indigo Lounge" (8 to 10 pm)

I was part of one of the most beloved content teams in the country. At Spin, channel #44, we had developed a multi-genre format that was reflective of the increasingly omnivorous palette of young audiences.
