I have more than 25 years of professional experience in marketing, product marketing, and product management. I started working for the company in 2003 as an implementation consultant, but as our needs grew, I was able to carve out my own career path. In 2006, I helped to found and organize the Product Management department within the company. I moved into my current role as Director of Marketing in 2012, shortly after completing my MBA from Johns Hopkins. I served as 3D animator and editor on computer-based video editing systems to create 3D animations used in these productions.My BA in Communications from Penn State University had a concentration in video and audio production, so this position was a natural career progression. I have applied the video production, product marketing, and creative writing experience gained at Wix Pix to my current and past roles at RouteSmart.
