The process includes but not limited to gathering insights, defining customer journey and flow, designing UI, prototyping, as well as gathering feedbacks for design iteration.- Revamping SmartKiosk ordering flow which increase customer satisfaction score to 4.47 and streamlining the flow to only 2-3 clicks to order.- Revamping SmartQR to a fresher look which increase the customer satisfaction score to 4.34.- Building theme management for merchant to change their product as per their brand, reducing our ops effort and enable merchant to do so.- Redesigning SmartKiosk settings to enable remote changes for settings which reduces a lot of ops effort who previously have to change manually in each outlet.- Designing SmartEngage, our CRM initiatives to enable merchant configure vouchers, promotions, campaigns, as well as loyalty program for their brand.- Designing for Innovation Lab, our new AI-driven initiatives to increase ABV and boost revenue for merchants. Some features include SmartSearch, combo builder, and many more.- Designing Tabsquare Developer Portal.- Prepared and designed 15+ product's SOP to be used by ops team and merchant.- Collaborated with marketing team to produce 8+ product communication collaterals, including decks and videos.

Responsible to conduct end-to-end user-centered design process. This includes, but doesn't limited to conducting user research (both quantitative & qualitative), creating user flows, wireframes, and Hi-Fi design prototypes, as well as conducting usability testing to improve Mamikos's products. I was assigned to the Traffic & Acquisition team and worked on several projects, such as:- Redesigned the whole flow of Mamikos SSO user login.- Researched and designed 2 Mamikos landing pages, including the #EnaknyaNgekos campaign and centralized owner products.- Researched KYC (Know Your Customer) data and redesigned the owner’s profile page.- Designed GoldPlus onboarding pages on the owner's side.
