• Design and development of Rectifier Casing as per the standard.• Conceptive to Manufacturing design of NEMA 4X Outdoor Enclosures, Telecom Enclosures, in Sheet metal for Telecom Product.• Design and Validation on Electrical control panel, VFD Box, NEMA rated enclosures and control box.• Validate the PCB 3D assembly with Rectifier Casing, by conducting Tolerance Stack up Analysis.• Support CFD team on flotherm analysis of Rectifier.• Assign task to team member as per the project requirement.• Prepare a manufacturing drawing applying with GD & T as per ASME standards.• Complete system design/layout to meet product management.• Ownership and supervise the detail design activity which includes Component drawings, Sub assembly drawings, assembly drawings to meet customer requirement by using Cero 4.0• Conceptive to design and development of Sheet metal parts, Plastic parts, Machined parts.• Handling of large assembly and their modification.• Heatsink Calculation for Mosfet.• Release the design for Production through Oracle PDM.• Estimate the plan, Coordinate and Execute the project with Sub-Ordinates to meet the deadlines.• Prototype testing/Product testing as per requirement.• Support manufacturing with prototype build issues of new designs and provide appropriate solutions.• Review detail design with stakeholders.• Doing Quality checks, Conducting DFMEA and DFMA of product assembly, Conduct the KSS, Manufacturing Process, Sheet Metal Design, GD&T, Quality process.• Conduct monthly Error and Defect analysis within Team.• Generate Cost reduction ideas from the competitor product benchmarking, productfunctional analysis & conducting brainstorming sessions for VAVE.• Prepare Engineering document Project Plan, Competitor Analysis, Engineering BOM and Product Specification and Feasibility document (Pug Matrix).

• Design and development of Explosion Proof Enclosure for Different Electrical Lighting Fixtures, Electrical panel boards, Industrial Circuit Breakers, Contactors, Motor Starter, transformers.• Prepare a manufacturing drawing applying with GD & T as per ASME standards.• Conceptive to design and development of Sheet metal parts, Plastic parts, Machined parts.• Responsible for Creation of BOM, drawing packages, as well as support marketing for generating product marketing literature.• Prepare Product specification documents as per Marketing and Customer requirement.• Creation concepts, design proposals, feasibility documents to finalize concept with co-ordination of engineering stakeholders.• Preparing FAI of assembly parts as per design, also doing a prototype validation and inspection of components.• Responsible of creating Creo wire Harness and Cables inside Panel as per standards.• Calculate total wire length requirement for electrical connections.• Prepare initial Concepts and validate with all aspects, by using HCD (Human Centric design) method.• Responsible for creation of 3D wire routing inside the Electrical panels with the help of Creo 3.0 to validate the space requirements and wire bending distance as per IEC/UL/CSA standard requirement.• Calculate the total wire length requirement for Electrical Connections.• Prepare, present and participate in design reviews. Managing design activity as per project priority to achieve delivery & design release on time by coordinating with a team of 2-3 people.• Create tolerance Stack up analysis of critical parts of assembly. • Validate Prototype samples as per requirements.• Responsible for upload BOM and Create Item Number in Oracle system.• Release drawings through ECO process.

• Responsible for operating computer-aided design (CAD) system and peripheral equipment to convert engineers' and technicians' designs into working computer documents.• Interacting with clients for requirement analysis & specifications.• Coordinate with designing and engineering staff to determine design modifications and enter editing information into computer.• Meeting with client for design approval.• After approval going for detail designing of machine and their calculation.• Perform responsibilities of calculating figures for the purpose of converting design dimensions to resizing dimensions for subsequent production processes. • After Designing and detailing of machine and fixture and their parts, submitting it to manufacturing department.• Familiar with Manufacturing Drawing and detailing.• Also familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinder load calculation.• Find out final costing of machine.• Convert 2D drawing into 3D drawing.• Designing of sheet metal component, Jig and fixture for automotive parts for the purpose of Leak Testing.• Apply GD&T practices to develop accurate drawings from design models.• Create/modify computer-aided designs/models/drawings to comply with general engineering procedures.
