My basic responsibilities at this position is1. Managing after sales support to customer (Bombardier,Alstom,Hyundai Rotem,BEML,Delhi Metro) for Faiveley products (Brakes, HVAC, Doors, Pantograph) 2. Spare management to meet warranty obligations3. Working as interface between customer and Plant teams like project, engineering, quality etc4. Liaison with different entities within group on customer related issues5.Supporting customer in testing and commissioning of the Faiveley systems6.Generating new Business opportunities for the company

Involved in 1. Testing and commissioning of the Trains2. All the troubleshooting activities with Modern rolling stock3.Generating the troubleshooting guidelines for the engineers4. Troubleshooting guide for the Rolling stock controller and Train operators during main line service5.Generation of depot working procedure6. Design review of the RS2/RS3 trains of DMRC7.Training manual for the rolling stock maintenance engineer and Train operators8. Review of Maintenance and technical description manual for RS1 trains of dmrc9. Planning of the maintenance activities for the trains10.Manpower planning for first line maintenance and over hauling of the RS1 trains11. Core member of ISO 9001-2000 implementation in DMRC's first depot12. Review and monitoring of the modifications in the RS1 trains13. Successful completion of energy Audit by UN team for carbon credits14. Training to the maintenance engineers on mechanical and electrical systems
