The organization is working to build resilient community as they just lives. My roles and responsibilities are directed to promote the local resources as local initiative for food transformation in order to reduce the problems like hunger, food insufficiency and poverty as a whole. Besides this, the project aim to improve the nutritious habit of the rural household providing efficient and suggestive balance diet uptake. Furthermore, team building, team work, budget analysis, program planning, monitoring, reporting and effective communication with the stakeholders come under my duties for the effective run and to achieve the ultimate goal of the project.

This project has been implemented in the rural marginalized communities of Achham district in partnership with BMZ with the objective to increase the income of the household, to reduce hunger and promote resilient livelihood of the vulnerable people. As a project officer, My roles and responsibilities are to organize planning meetings with the local government to leverage resources, fund collaboration, smooth implementation and project monitoring. Additionally, I gain experience of working as lead facilitator in climate resilient agriculture, promoting nutrition sensitive plants, soil and watershed conservation, formulating agri food system policies and disaster risk management.

The project implemented by the organization in partnership in the world vision International Nepal was Integrated nutrition and resilient livelihood with the major objective to sustain the well being of children within the families and communities especially the most vulnerable. Children living in the vulnerable families were given priority for various livelihood option. Families of those children are encouraged and well informed on income generation activities through various options. My roles and responsibilities includes from the selection of the most vulnerable families, business plan preparation, support on effective income generating businesses and tracking the progress of them. Besides, Team management, program panning, budget management, data analysis, report preparation, monitoring, climate smart agriculture promotion are other major duties during working tenure. Additionally , Strong communication and public relations with stakeholders , encourage them on fund collaboration and partnership for the sustainibility of the project so far.

Roles and responsibilities:Coordination and planning with the local government, budget management , formulation of detail implementation plan, report preparation , monitoring of the implemented activities, conduct and Facilitate training to the farmers on crop and seed production, action research and SIYB training.
