Quality Management System• Attaining all audits related to Quality Management System. Liaison with external parties related to Quality Management System.• Completely system implementation in-house & at supplier end. Maintain Quality system as per TS 16949:2009.• Performing System, Process & Product audit in-house & at supplier end. • Tracking and monitoring of Process measurable & Objectives in-house & supplier end. • Preparing & reviewing MRM.• Certified internal quality auditor for TS 16949:2009. Process & Product Development• PPAP, APQP Preparation & Review along with PPAP documents at supplier end.• Preparation of FTG planning. Facility procurement for line set up, material handling system.• Conduct progress meeting & update action plan for new development in-house & supplier end.• Daily Engineering Activity review.• Design fixtures & gauges for new as well as existing products. • Conduct process capability for critical process, Process validation & revalidation.• Implementation of Kaizens and Poka -Yokes to improve the process and elimination of defects.Customer Service• Promoting awareness to customer requirements throughout the organisation,• Deciding the operational sequence & selection of special characteristics. Preparation of PPAP documents. E.g. Process flow charts, Process FMEA, Control plan, Process plan and Standard operating procedures, etc.• Providing value added customer services by attending to customer queries and issues, resolving customer complaints on performance / product bottlenecks.• Monitoring & solving the customer complaints with 8D, SCAP, QC story reports & different problem solving tools like 7 QC tools.• Handling role of customer representative. Liasioning with Customer through Marketing departments For Technical Aspects for New & Existing Products.

• Analysis for the NC’s produced daily. Taking & reviewing Corrective Action plan’s for process improvements.• Attending the customer complaints & solving Quality issues related to customer by Supplier Corrective Action Plan report,8-D report & why- why analysis.• Corrections in quality document by taking corrective actions on inhose & customer issues.• System audits taking by export customers (Like ASES & NISSAN).• Process capabilities studies (Cp / Cpk ) for key processes.• Conducting Process Audit, Dock audit inhouse & supplier end for process improvements.• Implementation of Kaizens and Poka -Yokes to improve the process and elimination of defects.• Coordinating with department Manufacturing, Process design in the product development process for PPAP, APQP, FMEA and SPC, Gauge design.• Calibration of gauges.• Rejection & Inspection related activities in SAP system.• Prepare data for month review meeting.
