I am a Sr. IT Executive at Modern Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading logistics company in India, where I manage the IT infrastructure and data center operations for over all branches across the country. I have over 14+ years of experience in network administration, server administration, technical support, and IT project management, and I am certified in Microsoft Azure and SonicWall Firewall.In my current role, I am responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the network, server, firewall, Office 365 Admin, Azure Active Directory, backup, and security systems, as well as the ERP software and the registered applications. I also coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of IT equipment and services and maintain and manage the IT assets inventory. I have successfully assembled racks with servers, switches, and panels, configured and optimized the IT infrastructure for high availability and performance, and provided assistance to the desk users in using the new and existing technologies.
