CurrentManage a team of IT Recruiters in support of our federal clients seeking cleared (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, etc) resources. Daily stand-up meeting with recruiting team and Account Executives to align recruiting efforts to increase productivity, efficiency, and overall team performance to achieve Business Unit financial goals. Oversee the daily operations and recruitment team efforts to ensure accountability for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectationsParticipate in leadership meetings with the Executive Team to facilitate team evaluation and process improvements Recruiting and inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes to minimize disruption to our clients and improve time to productivity,Manage Escalations through to resolution. Continued participation in Full Life-Cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
