Key Accountabilities:• End to end recruitments cycle• Handing target-based hiring• Delivery management• Team Handling• Training and Development (Recruitment’s related)• Vendor Management• Salary Negotiation/working of Salary breakup• Creation of blueprint of Automated Hiring portal• SPOC for renewal related negotiation/activities for search engines • End to end involvement for empanelment with vendors.• Data management/MIS reports• Monthly and quarterly meetings • Policies and guidelines drafting• Arranging timely training session on search engines

• Responsible for In-house recruitment as per the requirements from delivery team.• Developing recruitment database on various skills by using various sourcing techniques such as; Job sites, Employee reference and Advertisements.• Sourcing the accurate profile through portals, referencing and LinkedIn.

• Developing recruitment database on various skills by using various sourcing techniques such as; Job sites, Employee reference and Advertisements.• Actively involved in end to end recruitment's for pan India.• Sourcing the accurate profile through portals, referencing and LinkedIn.• Handling first round of HR interview in order to assess the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academics and professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc• Sourcing of relevant candidates through job portals, networking, job postings and references.• Involved in the full life cycle of the recruitment process starting from mapping, sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling interviews, follow ups.• Scheduling F2F & Telephonic interviews for candidates.• Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates for Offer acceptance and date of Joining.• Maintaining the Recruitment Tracker.• Maintain and update status of all ongoing positions status of interviews, candidates shortlisted for various rounds.

• Involved in complete process of recruitment for permanent position and C2H for Clients as well permanent for clients. • Increase the talent pipeline for critical and upcoming positions. • Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates from various techniques through the methodologies of sourcing such as Job portals, social networking sites,job posting, employee referrals etc. • Exposure of recruitment for bulk hiring.• Ensuring panel availability for telephonic and face to face interviews. • Scheduling Face to Face interviews with Clients. • Salary and notice period negotiation.• Strong follow up with the candidates till joining. • Maintaining database of all candidates, working in the relevant area. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
