• Monitor Concept performance and the targets to be achieved by the concept• Manpower planning of the concept and respective job allocation• Ensure attractive merchandise display & over all store layout• Ensure the adherence to SOPs in store; replenishing and controlling the merchandise• Monitor merchandise planning of the store strategize to reduce shrinkages managing the inventory• Ensure strict adherence to the Statutory Compliances• Competition mapping, data analysis, motivating the team to achieve Organization goal• Objective with the attributes of time, quality and discipline.• Responsible for preparing reports on the Working Capital based. • Good Knowledge of Excel Sheet and MIS Office (Prepare documentation and PPT) • Train the new joiner’s completely on the whole process & SOP.• Conduct team meeting on daily basis to update the Team and prepare Minute of Meeting.• Responsible for providing new ideas for business improvement.
