Currently working as "Yield and Integration Engineer" in GlobalFoundries Bangalore. As a Yield engineer it is our duty to make sure that device Yield should be always high by minimizing the defects during process. Currently I am handling 180nm process and I am having device process flow knowledge of 40nm, 100nm and 180nm. Being Yield Engineer is always an exciting job as it brings a new challenge daily. One can never get bored if he/she is an Yield Engineer 😀I have deep interest and Hands on experience in device fabrication processes like "Thin Film Deposition Techniques" "Dry Etching and Wet Etching" "Diffusion Process". I also have research experience in "Dispenser Cathode", while working in CSIR-CEERI, we have developed and tested different types of Dispenser Cathode with different current densities at different temperature.
