Doing the role as Technical Engineer checking Municipality MEP approved drawings, detailed BOQ, specification requirement ofconcerned site projects. Control the filling and recording all related documentsin a proper and clear way with coordination with the document controller. Supervision the staff and ensuring that they are aware about proper installation of work and complete the task within stipulatedtime period. Coordinate with MEP team for MEP clearance prior to precede particular scope of civil work. Instruction and follow-ups to team workers about safety precaution to avoid near miss, especially during inspection time bygovernment authorities such as municipality & civil defense department and ensuring that health, safety and sustainabilitypolicies and legislation adhered to. Regular maintenance of all authority NOC’s renewal to avoid fine from the concerned authority such as municipality & civildefence dept. Preparing clients reports as required, preparing variation documents due to lot of changes instructed by the consultant apart fromissued approved drawings. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Assist in preparation of accurate project programs, clearly indicate the time frames and activities involved in the project andmonitor progress against the project plan taking corrective action where required through effective coordination with the client,various types of subcontractors etc. Track project milestones and deliverables, check & deliver progress report, maintain accurate record keeping of delays andchanges that have occurred and assist quantity surveyor to prepare claims variations and time extension. On site overall performed with quality control of the work (Budget, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly onproject status.
