Project: Networked Database – SSSEnvironment: JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS, ISPF, File-Aid, Endeavour and OPC.Roles & Responsibilities:  Working as an Associate IT analyst, working on Service Calls and Incidents that includes analysis of issue, relating it to the system and functional scenario, communicating with the user for better understanding of the issue, providing resolution within the defined SLA. Working on Problem Tickets for all the problems or issues that need a code fix, Unit Testing and application testing of the fix, Release Management ownership. Working on production support abends and resolving them within the pre-defined SLA and communicating to the impacted users and stake holders as needed. Guiding and training team members and new joiners, making them known to the project’s processes and nature of work, both technically and functionally. Cycle support to existing NDB applications. Root Level analysis of the problem and providing one time or permanent fix.
