This role gave me the opportunity to arrange the dealer network for the company in India. Studying the market, analyzing potential areas and targeting them to acquire business were the key responsibilities in this role.

I am a stockiest for hand tools and industrial products. I have also managed fabrication work for Government organizations. Over the years, I have gathered complete knowledge of trading, legal aspects, taxation policies, etc. My day to day responsibilities are as follows• Hiring, training and mentoring staff• Arranging finances• Reviewing sales reports and financials, and comparing them to goals set out in short- and long-term plans• Meeting with the product suppliers and vendors to facilitate delivery• Marketing activities like networking, direct sales, etc
