Realizing Opportunities to establish LNG markets thru innovative low cost terminal & LNG retailing solution so as to reach last mile customers in India & Asia Pacific. Setup and lead the Karaikal LNG team thru the project from Concept to commissioning and operations excellence.

Overall Responsibility of Delivering Hazira Expansion Project from Concept to commissioning. Developed and steered a team of multiple disciplines like Engineering, Quality, Project Controls, Project Management, Contracts, Construction & HSE to deliver LNG Terminal Expansion Project from concept to Commissioning. Included establishing design premise, basis for design, FEED, developing strategies, risk management, PQ of Contractors, developing entire bid documents (including commercial & technical Terms -conditions), qualification and selection of bids and execution. Since this Project was a Brown Field Expansion Project, many brownfield related challenges of designing, execution and coordination were successfully addressed by my team.

Leading a team of Operators, Technologists & LNG quality personnel. Overall responsibility of delivering a per the LNG Purchase, Storage & Regas contracts safely. Review of LNG Contracts from a operations prospective.Was instrumental is establishing best in class Process Safety & Operations Excellence practices in the organisation. Have good insight and knowledge of Operations Excellence and Integrated Asset Management. Operated the 1 billion USD terminal without any LTI or major Process Safety incident during my tenure.

Head of Operations & technical support. Commissioned and operated plant for 3 years without any LTI or process safety incident. Established all systems and processes for plant operation including PTW, ELO, Daily Monitoring & reporting, competence development for team members etc.

Acquired depth & knowledge in good operations practices for safe operations. Instrumental in few facility commissioning like Caustic Chlorine Plant, Cryogenic Ethylene Storage facility, Flare System, Fuel Gas Network for the entire plant, storage facility of LPG, Propane etc. Established Processes and software for hydrocarbon accounting and performance monitoring.
