Indepay is a financial services company operates in India & Indonesia. In August 2017 launched cash collection services for merchants in Gurgaon. I am working as a consultant with Indepay in the areas of products, marketing, distribution & sales training.

Globacom has 26.9 Mn subscribers in Nigeria (24 Mn), Benin (1.2 Mn) & Ghana (1.7 Mn). It also owns “Glo 1”, undersea cable connecting West Africa to London & the world. From July 09 to Apr 12, I have worked in Lagos, Nigeria as a Regional Head Marketing for Nigeria & Benin reporting to Chief Marketing Officer. In May 2012 Glo launched GSM services in Ghana. Since then I am working as Head Marketing for Ghana reporting to COO. Ghana with population of 24.5 Mn has 26.9 Mn lines (Teledensity 110%). Glo as a 6th operator in this market acquired in 1 year 1.7 Mn subscribers with CMS 6.2% & RMS 4.3%. Current Responsibilities• Product & Marketing – Develop products, pricing, promotions & communications for customer acquisitions & usage increase in Prepaid, Postpaid, Data, VAS & Corporate business. Develop and measure key business metrics based on acquisition, usage, ARPU, VLR, conversion & engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates. Create product roadmap; manage customer relationship & its process, manage Internet & social media, real-time customer segmentation & offer creation, channel management & sales force effectiveness, market research & competition analysis, identify areas of business growth. • Strategic Leadership - Revenue and cash flow improvement, Rollout & business strategy, cost rationalization.• Business transformation – Understand Business technology trends, process improvement & its automation through IT, Specialization in creating elite customer service.• Financial Analysis / Sales Operations - P&L optimization forecasting, financial analysis, budgeting and risk mitigation.
