• To research, analyse and interpret complex sets of information and produce management information to all levels of Corporate Banking Division management• Interpret complex information from various sources and make fit for purpose recommendations• Manage business demand and translate to future strategic property requirements• Provide customer engagement for divisional businesses• Provide a single point of ownership, accountability and escalation for property issues affecting the Corporate Banking Division business• Building strong working relationships across the division and the Bank to understand their tactical and strategic direction• Accountable for the development and maintenance of the Property Strategy database incorporating locations, business occupants, headcount and cost allocation to the Corporate Banking Division portfolio

• Working with global stakeholders and data providers to evaluate, deliver and future-proof new data requirements using MS Excel, MS Access and other applications• Be responsible for the integrity of Group Property’s data (inputs and outputs)• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business intelligence that meets their requirements using Business Objects, MS Excel and MS Access• Development and production of regular and ad-hoc reporting• Creating documentation to assist stakeholders understand the data governance• Articulation of data review findings to relevant decision makers• Building strong working relationships across the division and with finance colleagues• Formulating routines to identify and resolve data issues and to automate the production of reports• Matrix manage global data providers

• Creating new systems and processes to search out discrepancies between data products and suggesting improvements using Excel, Access and SQL Server• Liaising with researchers around the world to improve the quality of data• Investigating and responding efficiently and effectively to customer feedback• Applying SQL Reporting Services to a business problem, authoring reports using report designer to deploy and publish reports. Producing high quality KPI reports to assist management in the decision making process• Testing the creation of new data products to ensure a high level of quality is maintained at time of release
