With an MBA in HR and Marketing from Sri Krishna college of technology, I am a Voice Over Artist Onboarding Specialist at GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park, where I recruit talented voice over artists for the online learning platform. I leverage my technical skills and knowledge to source, screen, interview, and negotiate with candidates who have the potential to create engaging and accessible voice over content for learners. Prior to joining GUVI in September 2023, I worked as an IT Recruiter at Zaphire® for over 1.5 years, handling end to end recruitment for various IT roles and projects. I successfully placed candidates for positions such as software developers, testers, analysts, and managers, using various tools and platforms to find and attract qualified talent. I also collaborated with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and provided feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service. I am passionate about empowering learners with voice over technology, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance my performance.
