Specialist in driving product classifications according to the country specific regulations. • Research and analyse to classify the goods or identifying discrepancies acc. to various EMEA/APAC/NA regulation• Manging and setting up the appropriate data in SAP for the products regulated in EMEA/APAC/NA regions• Understanding of Safety data sheets acc. to GHS, CLP, WHMIS, OSHA.• Quick in adopting to changing regulations and procedures.• Experience in SAP Order unblocking, especially reporting and transactions related to Regulatory, Material Master and Order management• Leading the implementation of processes set to support product compliance according to the defined policies by RegA and Stakeholder.• Work with Regulatory, Master data, logistics and vendors to leverage data in SAP related to compliance • Manage, Track productivity and database updates, work with internal colleagues and support order release ontime.• Mentor/train the group to improve efficiency & quality and support to progress to next level functionally by sharing knowledge• Identifies gaps and drives improvement/optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement within processes• Responsible for productivity, quality, and coverage metrics goals• Analyze data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions• Creation and maintenance of SOPs and supporting documents that mandate for Regulated Product compliance classification process

Support to team:• Train new associates – on the SOPs, Process & Application• Evaluate new associates readiness to be moved into production and them during initial phase of 'Go-Live‘• Identify Corporate and Process training requirements & work with training SPOCs to co-ordinate training as required • Conduct refresher training as & when required• Identify gaps and upgrade training manuals• Identify, maintain and develop SOP, Process Guidelines & Job Aids• Document & Maintain training and escalation tracker• Organize the training – Review participants, distribution of training materials, support VWR external trainer, get the trainees signature and feedback• Organize and Conduct Process Specific training• Organize Job Shadowing (which associates to Job shadow and the duration)Quality:• Monitor & evaluate process and sub-processes to ensure that the quality standards/objectives/parameters are met.• Make sure ISO compliant.
