About Doug Lester

Now I am mostly retired but I make an awesome thought partner.I wrote a Leadership book in 2016, a Memoir in 2019, and am finishing Dead Poet's Society (100 Musicians who Left too Soon).I am a farm boy who has worked in fileds and factories leaning human relations where the sweat equity is.I had 30 years in public education as a leader and curriculum developer.I worked 4 years with addicts and disconnected youth.I then wrote 12 Steps of Self-Leadership and worked with individuals and leaders.
